How Do I Join... What Does It Cost?

Please contact me and I will provide you with a form, or click for printable form. The cost is based on the number of units you own or manage.

If you would like to learn more about Licking County Apartment Association membership, you're welcome to join us for a meetin or two. Feel free to call us at (740) 745-1449. We will be happy to help you.

The Association meets the fourth Thursday of each month, except November & December. (November's meeting is the third Thursday, and there is no meeting in December.)

Meeting to be held at Stacey's Buffet in Heath, dinner starts at 6:00pm, and the meeting at 7:00 pm. Guests and prospective members are welcome (2 meetings maximum). Cost for the evening is just $7.50.

Rental property owners may join for the following rates:

Rental application and Lease furnished to new members.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP-For businesses and/or individuals not owning rental property or representing a rental-property owner. Great opportunity to network with members!! $75
